This recipe is really easy and very, very good. I found this recipe on Food.com, but have changed a few things.
1/4 cup water
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 egg
1 box instant vanilla pudding, small box
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons wheat gluten
1 tablespoon yeast
Filling
1/4 cup butter or margarine room temp
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Icing
4 oz cream cheese, room temp low fat works but do not use fat free
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon milk
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
Or cheat and use one half can of prepared cream cheese frosting, no one will know if you do not tell them
Put in bread maker in order given
Select dough cycle
When cycle is don put dough on lightly floured surface, roll into a rectangle 1/4 inch thick. I combine the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and make a paste and spread it on the dough, or you can spread butter and sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Roll tight and cut into 12 rolls, place in a greased 9 by 13 pan cut side down, I cut mine with a piece of dental floss it works great, clean cuts. Let rise for about 15 or 20 minutes and then bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Take out of oven and cool for 10 minutes then ice. I ice them in the pan, just easier.
I have made these for friends and they rave about them. I hope you enjoy them too. You can find this recipe on Food .com without my few changes.
Please spread the cream cheese or the word... Thanks
